ReShade Presets

§1. ReShade program

§1.0 All my presets are made with ReShade. This program is required to run my presets. Download ReShade here.§1.1 Some of the effects within ReShade require a stronger PC, I do not take any responsibility for whether your PC can run the presets or not. Please reach out if you are unsure before purchasing, and I will gladly help.

§2. Digital products - No refund

§2.0 All my presets are digital products. Therefore no refund or return. If you discover that your PC does not handle my presets, then it is your responsibility for this inconvenience. Cf. §1.1.

§3. Sharing, recreating, reselling

§3.0 No sharing, recreation, redistribution, or reselling of my products under any circumstances.§3.1 Do not resell or share a preset with my presets as bases. This includes but is not limited to: Order of effects.Example: Installing my presets to copy the order of the effects and use it for own advantage on purpose - then posting and sharing it. (Coincidences are ignored of course).Exception to §3.2: If you are doing anything privately or undistributed with my presets - such as usage for your own work, you can safely disregard §3.1.You are welcome to modify or change the effects and settings as you wish.

§4. Credit

§4.0 You may credit me in an appropriate place (e.g post description, video description, etc).§4.1 Do not take any credit for my presets or my work, even though they are modified or changed.§4.2 For personal used presets that are modified you shall still give credit for the original base as mine.

I reserve the right to:

1. Change the terms at any time for any reason.2. Take action if you do not comply with these terms.
